SOUTH GEORGIA MOTORSPORTS PARK TO HOST PRE GATOR TEST SESSION
MARCH 11,12,13 & 14th 2013
Cecil, GA: South Georgia Motorsports Park will open it's gates to all racers, regardless of class, March 11 thru 14 for open testing.
Various professional teams have frequented the immaculate South Georgia facility for testing since it's conception in 2002, and will continue to do so throughout the offseason and into the regular season of competition. South Georgia Motorsports Park will also open it's doors to any NHRA professional or sportsman team in need of testing prior to the NHRA Tire Kingdom GATORNATIONALS event at Gainesville Raceway (March 11-14).
SGMP is proud to be one of the best testing facility in the south, explained SGMP's Owner Rowland Wood. As such, we are located only a hour away from Gainesville and making it very convenient for the teams testing.
South Georgia Motorsports Park's open test session will essentially be just that, as the facility is available to any and all competitors March 11 thru 14. Charges for competitors will be reduced this seasons, due to the hardship on teams testing budgets, at $200 per day per vehicle as long as we have minimum of 10 vehicles. Please contact Tim Fleming at SGMP for more details.
As always, the SGMP facility will be prepped to perfection, following the same guidelines the facility uses for it's NHRA Lucas Oil Division Series event, weekly Summit E.T. Series events, and various other shows throughout the season. All of the normal insurance and safety considerations will be in place throughout this open test period as well.
We invite everyone to get a head start to the Gators at South Georgia Motorsports Park, said Rowland Wood. For more information, please contact the track at 229-896-7000.
